CHRO Working Session (Virtual)

Reimagining Workforce Planning for the AI Era

Hosted by PotomacHarbor Co-Founders Adam Brinegar and Michael Griffin, alongside distinguished CHRO leaders Beth Giglio (CHRO, Gorilla Glue) and Christine Geissler (former CHRO, Mead Johnson Nutrition).

This invitation-only working session will bring together a small group of CHROs and Chief People Officers to explore how workforce planning must evolve as AI fundamentally changes work. The discussion will combine an early preview of PotomacHarbor's latest research with a candid exchange of emerging practices among peers.

This is designed as a true working session—not a presentation or vendor event. Participation is limited to approximately 15 HR leaders to encourage an open, practical discussion.

Topics will include:

  • How leading organizations are rethinking workforce planning for the AI era

  • Emerging practices for balancing build, buy, borrow, and bot

  • Organizational capabilities required to accelerate AI adoption

  • Questions and challenges participants are encountering in their own organizations
